Shipping Policy

At Barakah-Ruh, we take great care in preparing and delivering your perfumes with love and precision.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

Delivery Time:

  • Within London: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping Partners:
We work with trusted courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above GBP [your limit] within London.

  • Standard shipping charges apply to international orders and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every scent you receive from Barakah-Ruh.
However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and oils), we can only accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions.

Eligible Returns:
We accept returns or replacements if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged item

  • Your order was incomplete or missing products

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable).

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for used or opened bottles due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
